Sunflower MLS Membership
Sunflower Association members and members in good standing with another REALTOR® association may subscribe to the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service.
For REALTORS® who are not Sunflower Association members:
- Your broker must be a participant before you can become a subscriber.
- You will need to submit a Letter of Good Standing from your primary association. (It must have a date on it.)
- You will be granted access to the Sunflower Association library of forms.
- You will be required to attend training regarding MLS usage, MLS rules, and the SAR residential contract.
- You will be charged the one-time SAR initial fee.
Membership Application Process
- All members who will access the Sunflower MLS, including agents who are also joining the Sunflower Association, must first complete the Paragon Academy class in the ICE/Black Knight MLS Academy before proceeding. Click HERE for instructions. (Do NOT take the CRS Academy! The Collab Center Academy is not required, either.)
- Send the Paragon Academy certificate of completion to denise@sunflowerrealtors.com.
- You'll receive instructions on completing the membership application and next steps.
- Visit the new member requirements page for information about the classes that will be required after your application is approved.
- If you're interested in joining the association but not the MLS, please contact the office for a membership application.
