Northeast Kansas Home Sales Rose in November
Total home sales in the Northeast Kansas MLS System rose by 25.9% last month to 34 units, compared to 27 units in November 2015. Total sales volume was $3.9 million, up 12.0% from a year earlier.

The median sale price in November was $110,000, showing no change from the previous year. Homes that sold in November were typically on the market for 69 days and sold for 92.2% of their list prices.

The total number of active listings in the Northeast
Kansas MLS System at the end of November was 197
units, down from 239 at the same point in 2015. This
represents a 5.8 months’ supply of homes available for
sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the
end of November was $105,500.

During November, a total of 25 contracts were written
down from 26 in November 2015. At the end of the
month, there were 44 contracts pending, the same
amount as the end of November 2015.
