Data feeds for IDX display, VOW display, and back office analytics software are available to participants and subscribers via MLS Grid.
Visit mlsgrid.com/resources for more information about setting up an account. If you are using a third-party vendor who will access data on your behalf, the vendor will initiate the data use agreement process in MLS grid. Agents and brokers will e-sign the agreement and access to data will be provided to the vendor after SMLS staff review and sign, typically within 1 - 3 business days from receipt. Vendors/data consumers will be charged a one-time $250 setup fee and will be billed $12.50 per brokerage per month via the MLS Grid platform.
