Sunflower MLS Home Sales Fell in June
Total home sales in the Sunflower multiple listing service fell
last month to 416 units, compared to 420 units in June 2016.
Total sales volume was $65.3 million, up from a year earlier.
The median sale price in June was $135,000, up from $118,410 a year earlier. Homes that sold in June were typically on the market for 12 days and sold for 98.7% of their list prices.

Sunflower MLS Active Listings Down at End of June
The total number of active listings in the Sunflower multiple
listing service at the end of June was 886 units, down from
1,034 at the same point in 2016. This represents a 2.1 months’
supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of
homes on the market at the end of June was $129,900.
During June, a total of 328 contracts were written down from
418 in June 2016. At the end of the month, there were 504
contracts pending, compared to 578 at the end of June 2016.
