Sunflower MLS Homes Sales Rose In July. Total home sales in the Sunflower multiple listing service rose
by 9.2% last month to 404 units, compared to 370 units in July 2017. Total sales volume was $61.9 million, up 6.5% from a year earlier. The median sale price in July was $132,250, down from $140,000 a year earlier. Homes that sold in July were typically on the market for 11 days and sold for 98.6% of their list prices.
Sunflower MLS Active Listings Down at End of July. The total number of active listings in the Sunflower multiple
listing service at the end of July was 850 units, down from 866 at the same point in 2017. This represents a 2.1 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of July was $134,900. During July, a total of 334 contracts were written down from 347 in July 2017. At the end of the month, there were 446 contracts pending, compared to 461 at the end of July 2017.
