Sunflower MLS Active Listings Down at End of April
The total number of active listings in the Sunflower multiple
listing service at the end of April was 698 units, down from 835
at the same point in 2017. This represents a 2.0 months’ supply
of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on
the market at the end of April was $130,000.
During April, a total of 375 contracts were written up from 350
in April 2017. At the end of the month, there were 561
contracts pending, compared to 563 at the end of April 2017.
