Sunflower MLS Home Sales Fell in April
Total home sales in the Sunflower multiple listing service fell
last month to 329 units, compared to 337 units in April 2016.
Total sales volume was $45.9 million, up from a year earlier.
The median sale price in April was $120,000, up from $115,900 a year earlier. Homes that sold in April were typically on the market for 13 days and sold for 98.7% of their list prices.

The total number of active listings in the Sunflower multiple
listing service at the end of April was 835 units, down from 984 at the same point in 2016. This represents a 2.5 months’ supply of homes available for sale. The median list price of homes on the market at the end of April was $124,900.
During April, a total of 337 contracts were written down from
439 in April 2016. At the end of the month, there were 563
contracts pending, compared to 608 at the end of April 2016.
