Membership Application Process

  1. Send your Paragon Academy Certificate of Completion to denise@sunflowerrealtors.com.
    1. All members who will access the Sunflower MLS, including agents who are also joining the Sunflower Association, must first complete the Paragon Academy class in the ICE/Black Knight MLS Academy before proceeding. (Click the yellow button below for instructions.)
  2. You'll receive instructions on completing the membership application and next steps.

Sunflower MLS Membership

Sunflower Association members and members in good standing with another REALTOR® association may subscribe to the Sunflower Multiple Listing Service.

For REALTORS® who are not Sunflower Association members:

  • Your broker must be a participant before you can become a subscriber.
  • You will need to submit a Letter of Good Standing from your primary association. (It must have a date on it.)
  • You will be granted access to the Sunflower Association library of forms.
  • You will be required to attend training regarding MLS usage, MLS rules, and the SAR residential contract.
  • You will be charged the one-time SAR initial fee.
